Alexia is a partner at Kalliopé. She co-manages the Corporate – M&A – Private Equity practice.
She advises on mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, fund raising and corporate law.
Alexia acts for French and multinational groups, SMEs, mid-cap companies, investment funds, founders and managers on the structuring, negotiation and implementation of their capital transactions, external growth, reorganisation and transfer, as well as on their corporate governance and more generally corporate law issues.
She has particular expertise in venture capital (seed, A series, B series, etc.) and growth capital with the many start-ups she supports.
