Guillaume is a partner at Kalliopé and co-manages the Corporate – M&A – Private Equity team.

He advises and supports companies, shareholders and managers at each stage of their development whether these be acquisitions, disposals, equity investments, strategic partnerships and transfers. He also assists his clients in corporate governance issues and has developed a recognized practice in group reorganizations.

Guillaume acts for French and multinational groups, mid-caps companies, SMEs, growth companies and managers as well as public sector companies and family offices. He also assists foreign companies in their investments in France.

His experience is multi-sector with a focus on the retail, industrial, digital services, ICT and media sectors.
