Rodolphe Cavroy
Partner
Rodolphe is a partner at Kalliopé, where he manages the Banking – Finance – Regulated Funds practice. He is also part of the Corporate – M&A – Private Equity, Energy and Infrastructure and Compliance – CSR teams.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2003, he acts for companies, financial institutions, banks, finance companies and debt funds, as well as investment funds, family offices and management companies, through advisory and litigation work.
He has nearly 20 years of experience in structured finance, including acquisition finance (LBOs, MBOs, etc.) and real estate finance, as well as in project finance in the field of renewable energies and in the financing of Public-Private Partnerships.
He has, in particular, developed a strong expertise in acquisition financing (LBO, MBO, etc.) on the borrower’s side.
He also advises funds and management companies on the regulatory aspects of their activity, the implementation of their documentation or products, and their day-to-day or more exceptional operations. In this respect, he has extensive expertise in real estate investment funds (OPCI).
His complementary skills enable him to offer his clients global, pragmatic and efficient solutions.
Rodolphe is also involved in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity, in synergy with his partners.
